also, since KWA stared a entry line maybe they could make a pro line, they could have NPAS built in with more steel ,a 6.01/2 stainless steel barrel, a box made of plastic that worked as a decent case , upgraded valves, and where the stater line has plastic bodies for potmetal they could install all aluminum or steel. And i would happily pay say $579.95 or maybe $649.99 for something like that

Comissar - I thought the same thing about a full metal body in Japan! But I believe RA tech is in Taiwan.

I would avoid in claims about performance, durability, reliability, or construction until it is in our greed little hands. Then we'll start complaining about this or that.

Regarding the bolt travel, I expected KWA to make it more realistic. After all it is their PTR line (Professional Training Rifle), and their LM4 is VERY close to the real thing. Perhaps the buffer and anti dry fire mechanism is there to make the AK more skirmish-able?

I think the Asian AKG will be very close to the US one, since AR platforms are more tightly regulated.

Well good news for all those waiting for the AKG. The Asia version and magazines have hit the HK retailers. Hopefully the US version is not far behind.
