I saw this and I'm wondering if it actually increases FPS, and if it will increase accuracy at all.  Since there is a break in the barrels, doesn't that defeat the purpose of adding the barrel extension?  And also won't that make the gun prone to jams where the break is?  Has anyone had experience with it?

I saw a customer with one here in our service center, and it added about 80 fps instantly. I do believe it may be prone to jams, but no issues when I was test firing it.
It made it way too hot to legally play on any fields though. Over 500 fps once it was on...

That's pretty hot.  I doubt I'll buy it then.  Out of curiosity, what bbs would you use?  .28?  Is there a problem with them breaking with an fps that high on a gas gun?

With 500 FPS, you'd probably want to use .30 KWA's.

I thought there was a post in this forum where another player used a similar system that jammed the gun and trashed the internals.

I personally wouldn't trust a system that depends on aligning two inner barrels. With that said, you can try barrel extension that has a smooth / polished interior that acts as a larger diameter inner barrel, so jams aren't an issue.

I've read some other topics here and other places on this.  I'm tempted to buy it do to the group of guys we regularly play doing a few high fps builds with an SR25 and a KWA SR12 which should be finished for the summer.  So there is a spring in this thing that pushes back on the stock inner barrel?  Can anyone who has used this thing for a decent amount of time give me and everyone else the story here?  Does it or does it not screw up the stock inner barrel?

NOOOOOOOO!!!! Haha, just an FYI it might damage your gun. It did it to my gun where the tension actually pushed the inner barrel back about 2-3mm. It damaged the inner barrel, the clip that holds the barrel in place, and even the outer barrel.

Range and accuracy improved for me, though a lot of other people have given it bad reviews.

If you want a range and fps increase, buy a mock barrel extension and put one of the 363mm barrels into the gun. That will increase the range and fps, though the FPS becomes very high to about 530.

VFC is the best barrel extension but also pricey, if you don't care about the HK logo to with the MIC model that only costs $27. Still has all of the other text just not the HK logo.

As for a barrel I know there's more companies out there, but Falcon is the only one I can think of off the top of my head.

Shave the rocket valve or change the rocket valve spring

EdGI TBB, standard length, 6.03 boosts you 25-35 (approx) FPS.  The trick is finding one.  EdGi does to custom orders though or at least used to.

I've been looking for their website but all I can find is a blogspot website.  I remember being at a diffferent one with an order form and everything.  I guess they don't anymore.  But custom barrels give me an idea.  What if I were to get my hands on say, a 6.03 225mm barrel?  Theoretically, it should give me an FPS below 500 and more accuracy.  Or am I missing something?

But where can I find such a barrel... :shiftyninja:  Does anyone know of any kind of airsoft barrel company that does custom orders and is of decent quality?
