Okay so it looks like the H&K MP7 is listed on Elite Force as one of their products. Additionally, I have seen the gun listed on a retailer's website as Elite Force. As far as I understand it, "Elite" Force is the American version of another Force Company that produces AEG's and GBB's (said Force company has also OEM'ed two AEG's for another company) so needless to say I am a little confused as to who is the true producer of the currently licensed H&K MP7's...

Not sure where you are hearing the information on Elite Force and H&K Products.

Umarex holds the licensing trademarks for all H&K products. Only a few companies OEM for Umarex and you have to be aware that those few companies make the same model underneath the Umarex label, for example the H&K G36C. Last time I saw at sporting stores, the Umarex H&K G36C's can very much vary for what manufacturer is selected or favored to be sold at a particular location. If it's a GBB G36C, then it would be a VFC.

If it is a GBB MP7, most likely it was manufactured by KWA, BUT ACCORDING to the manufacturing agreement between Umarex and KWA, the GBB MP7 is officially a Umarex Product.  If you look on any H&K box, it says, H&K so and so, manufactured by so and so.

Elite Force can simply buy it from Umarex and sell it underneath their store. Perhaps, make a deal with Umarex to have such products labeled underneath Elite Force brand.

This sort of thing is not new, it's done in business all the time, especially outside of airsoft.

Retailers website: http://www.hobbytron...AirsoftGun.html
Elite Force Rifle "products" lineup: http://www.eliteforc...Airsoft-Rifles/
Elite Force MP7: http://www.eliteforc...-MP7-GBB-Rifle/

Other then the blurb about Umarex holding the trade and exterior licensing rights, I'm led to believe that the interior of the MP7 would be OEM'ed through Elite Force... (VFC)

The reason I bring it up IS because of how Umarex distributed the licensing rights to the H&K G36c.

...and the reason that I am making the connection that Elite Force is VFC, is because the Elite Forces product lineup for the AEGs is almost (if not is) an exact match to VFC.... and I am 99% certain that VFC got the licensing rights to Knights Armament, but the PDW is being released under the Elite Force brand.

It doesn't say once in any of the links that the MP7 or any of the products are OEM'd by Elite Force.Considering what the company is able to do, it looks like there is nothing from stopping Elite Force from slapping their label on what they have agreed upon with Umarex.

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manfacturer. Just because one company puts their brand name before a model, does not make them the OEM.
