Hello,

Will duster gas work in these MK series 1911 pistols? That's what the TM's recommend.

Thanks!!

We do not recommend the use of duster gas or hfc134 gas because it is a weaker propellant.  The TM guns have plastic slides and are not designed with the NS2 system.  Granted it may work, it will not perform the way the product is intended to. On top of that, Japanese law restricts their guns to shoot below 300 or 280 fps I believe which is why they use duster gas over there.  But here in the states we recommend you go a head and use green gas.

It may work, but you may also see cycling problems, which will cause your gun to not work correctly.
Whats the reason you want to use duster gas? Lower FPS?

Using gas indoors during the winter concerns me.

Thanks

Small amounts of gas in large areas, like is seen in airsoft, are fine.

Just don't smoke or try to light a cigarette while firing your GBB pistols. LOL
