hey guys im sure this is old hat to you...

but help me along....

we have got 2 of the speed loaders from you guys...  they both broke within the first few minutes of use.

same failure both times.  the little lips on the feed part of the mag loader come off letting the bb's just roll on out the bottom.

what gives with this?

yes ive seen the rubber 5.5mm o rings for sale in the shop...  but how do you use these and is that the problem?

spill the beans!

What mags are you using? Are you loading at an odd angle maybe? I have seen this happen to a few, but from poor technique or from dboys magazines. That can't be repaired, since it snapped off.
When did you get them? Go on Help Desk and set up a ticket.

thanks for throwing me an answer...

we only use MAG brand midcaps cause they fit the KWA's good and always feed well.

im all ears though if you got some tips on this.

I have several KWA speed loaders and have used them to load many different brand mags but I have never experienced such break.  Are you loading the mags at an angle maybe?

The o-ring would have been where that break is. There's a small channel for the o-ring to sit in, right at the base of the nozzle.
It's missing in yours, most likely because it's broken and fell out.
I've used my loaders on my Mag mags as well, with no issues. Talk to whoever broke them and see how they load a mag.
