Is it known if the Vector will have the "new and improved" hop-up that has been giving me sooooo much trouble on my LM4 and HK45. Or will it have the tried and true ball bearing style. I'd like to know ASAP because this strongly affects if I'm buying it or not, and the sooner I can start setting aside moneys the better.

It does have the new and improved hop up. No one has been faulting the gun on its range yet, so that's a pretty good indication that the hop up is good to go!

I can't agree more. Those teeth seem like the one thing that should NOT be plastic.

It looks fine with me with the plastic hop adjustment dial. It adjusts easily once the hop adjustment tool is properly mated to the dial.

One thing to note is that the teeth may have plastic shavings from cutting the teeth...make sure you clean those out so the tool mates properly with the dial's teeth.

I've ran over 2k rounds through mine...range is very good as is accuracy.
I get the typical KSC "over hop" and "under hop" at its maximum range (around 200 feet or so). Most of my shots would be at the sweet spot...some shots go almost as far but doesn't quite get the sweet spot hop. Still, the gun's accuracy at 180 feet or
under is very good.
