So about a week ago i was shooting my mark II 1911 and it kept on jamming. Then after about 4 shot trying to fix it the front half of the air nozzle broke off and came out of the side. I have no idea what caused it.

There may have been a few things causing this. First off, it may have just been a freak thing and the nozzle blew off. Please check your magazine nozzle seal (the rubber square where the gas is released from) to see if there are any tears in the rubber. I've found that if that's the case, it will interfere and even cause harm to the nozzle. In any event, you are going to need a new one. http://store.kwausa....assembly-1.aspx

The nozzle is out of stock but I'd suggest calling KWA to see if they have any and placing an order over the phone. KWA's telephone number is 1-626-581-1777. They are open Weekdays 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (PST). They are closed on weekends and holidays.

Of course, if you are not comfortable fixing it yourself, you can always send it in to KWA for fixing. You can fill out an RMA here: kwausa.com/support

Hope everything works out alright dude!

Sorry to hear that Jaydee. If you were getting jams first the problem could have been caused by the bbs you were using. Using lower grade bbs can cause jams and broken internals. Either way get in contact with us on Help Desk or by phone so we can get your pistol up and running again.
