shipping parts to france

I live in france
I just bought few parts for my m93r 2 ns2, (Item Number: PT0101-0006 x 2 ,Item Number: PT0999-0006 x3 , Item Number: 199-0101-0027, Item Number: 199-0101-0040), but there's a huge problem.
In the step one " Customer information" , there is no choice for the Europe shipping,only US states .There are denotes required field in shipping information so i cannot validate if there's nothing wrote on the required field, and you can't change the country in shipping information.
When i put my zip code , it says that is invalid zip code ( in my case 59860 )
For the billing there is french choice( country) yes, but not for shipping, and you can only match shipping with billing , but not the opposite.
My English is not very good to make a call at our company.
So how do we fix this????This is very important for me i cannot repair my airsoft without these parts, and these parts are only available at your website.
So now i'm stuck at step 1 " Customer information " .

I was going to ask the same question as Nonanche. I'm living in Quebec, Canada and speak French. While I know english I'm not very comfortable speaking/listening to english over the phone, so I was thinking it would be possible to send a quick email to place an order.
Is there any plans to update your online store to ship to other countries or is this unlikely to happen? We're going toward year 2013 after all..., just saying
