Hmm... I was pondering on how to make an MK12 Mod 0. Also, the correct barrel length is 457mm.  509mm is too long. I'm only criticizing since you specifically call it an MK12 Mod 1 but here's a few things that aren't faithful to the real thing.

Although not impossible, you'd expect a full length M16 stock.
The sling adapter.
It's very unlikely that you'd find a MIAD grip on an SPR like this.
It should use the Leupold MKIII, King Arms make a good replica.
It doesn't have the right scope rings. They should be QD with a top rail on the forward most mount.
It's missing the Knights rear sight.
Doesn't have the PRI charging handle, or PRI/Knights gas block/sight.
It doesn't have the Knights RAS, and flip up front sight.
If going for a forward grip I suggest a real Knights grip. They can be found for very cheap.
Not the right bi-pod, but that's not a large detail.
Ops 12th suppressor.

I only mention all this since you called it by name, it's very specific. Here's a link to an article with parts that are used for real steel. http://www.bravocomp...cles.asp?ID=145

Regardless it's a great looking gun and I'm jealous.

As far as the stock goes, that can vary greatly. Because originally SPR stood for special purpose receiver and was sold to the military as just the upper receiver, so you'd see them on anything from an M16A1 to an A4, and even M4's (Full Auto). But as far as complete kit goes you'd see a full stock.

Also, a lot of pictures of MK12's that you see on the internet are replicas built by people trying to mimic the real one, or airsoft versions. But the real version is VERY specific. It's not very common to come across a legitimate one. Here's a real one http://www.mattaxels.../images/MA6.jpg
Pictured is Matt Axelson, KIA as part of SEAL Team 10. One of four that were attacked by Taliban forces, one of the men was the first to receive the Medal of Honor in Afghanistan. It's a very legitimate picture.
That's what the most typical one would look like, minus the optic set up and the grip he prefers. Depending on who you are you can change out some of the minor accessories.
