Have you tried testing the gun with green gas? I've encountered issues with  my KZ not cycling correctly with propane; since encountering the issues I switched to green gas and have been problem free.

What else is known / have you inspected on the gun to rule out as the root cause of the issues? Was the previous owner also a propane user?

I have had this gun for about 5 months, only used propane, just about 2 weeks ago its going this. The action works great...trigger mech is clean and functioning well. I have spent a good amount of time maintaning it so it not like its been dragged across gravel. The Mag also has no imperfections. Im usaully pretty good with tinkering and stuff but this is a problem I have not encountered since 1) it does function 2) it does shoot normally every so often, not more than 3 shots.

I don't think this has anything to do with it, but try using green gas and see if it makes a different? LOL... I think your best bet is to fill out an RMA and ship it on out to KWA and pay for it to get fixed... never seen a problem like that before. To start, go to: kwausa.com/support.

Good luck getting that thing fixed!

I have actually seen this behavior before with my KZ when using propane, that's why I asked about propane usage. The problem was more extreme during hot temps (July/August) than the cooler months. If the poster is based out of So Cal, then the past few weeks have been the hottest temps of the year. Based on his comments it looks like he had the gun for 5 months and was problem free until he switched to propane.

If propane isn't the problem, then any host of issues could be the cause of bad cycling...

Propane causes cycling problems in some, not all, of my GBB pistols and SMG's in hot weather.  And it actually blew up my cylinder in my FPG.  People may say that the slightly higher pressure when using propane will not affect the guns functions but it has been my experience that it's just enough in some of the designs to cause malfunctions.
