While not a load of Magpul, you can see that it's some what Chris Costa inspired.

Nice set up on that LM4! How do you like that light mount? Was thinking of getting it but don't wanna spend that much on a damn mount..from the looks of it it puts the light forward more and off the rails..kinda what I'm looking for

It's great, puts it in a nice spot that's out of the way and also doesn't get in the way of the PEQ beam. I think Element came out with a replica with the logo and all for only like $30 or so.

Thank ya thank ya, going to be putting a CTR stock on soon. She's seen her fair share of fights, but she still kicks hard and i love every second of it.

Looks like the King Arms Phantom 5m1 Muzzle Brake

See here: http://www.nashville...emart&Itemid=37

Is it?  If so, it's the  one I have on my M4A1.  You don't see many of them because of price.

Very basic mods to my KM4CQB mainly to get a flashlight mount (handguard) and an extra MOE stock I had in my parts box that might as well be used as sitting in the dark all alone.  This is AEG and all electrics are under the handguard.  Just fits.

Flashlight mounted where it can be thumb actuated.  Darn rubber covered remote switches work poorly in my configurations and they tend to get soft with any solvents, torn, and generally just fall off.  YMMV.

I dislike the Magpul grip and don't like the M16A2 much better.  Will eventually grind off the finger thingie from this grip.  My 5.56mm carbines and LM4 all wear standard M16A1 grips.  Getting harder to find 'em but I'm not (intentionally) getting more carbines.  (Yeah, right!)

Just started on these. CQR MOD 2's with real moe stocks and hand guards. Drilled the 2 rivets to take out the heat shield. Dark earth for mine and OD green for my son. As soon as warranty is up i will add the PTS pistol grips and change flash suppressors. Also on the add list is flash lights, magpul rear flip up sights and replica eotech halo sights.

As a dad, I can tell you, I have a blast with my 17yo son airsofting. Bring him....give him a gun....and ask him to play ONE round.....Maybe he will get hooked.
