Hi Everyone

I just bought a G36C 2GX but my local field requires 350 fps with .20gram bbs and 313 fps with .25 gram bbs (and they are strict). I got an m110 spring and an m100 spring to try. If I went with an 11.1v Lipo, would that cause overcycling with the weaker spring?  Should I just stick to 7.4v if I want to use a lipo? I noticed some people complained of overcycling with the 11.1  on the stock spring.  Though a shipping error, I got to try a 7.4 and an 11.1 and both worked fine with the stock setup on my gun, except the particular 11.1 I ordered didn’t fit in the handgrip  :  ( I need to return the 2 11.1s I ordereed and re-order so I want to know if I should stick to the 7.4 that I know fits or go with a lower profile 11.1.

Thanks for the assistance!

You shouldn't over cycle with the 7.4. If you stick with the 11.1 you'll probably want to remove the sector clip while you are in the gearbox (shouldn't take more than 5 mine). Just keep in mind with the sector clip removed you may wear out the tappet plate and/or the nozzle faster. Without the sector clip I was able to run a 11.1 on a SP90 spring in my CQB G36; no overcycling, decent ROF.
