Just got my FAB AG-43 grip today and it barely doesn't fit due to the tail that goes up around the bottom of the receiver (it's hitting the sling mount). Any suggestions on how to cut the tail down by a millimeter or two to make it fit? I was thinking a dremel but haven't really had to deal with this situation before. Should I just vigorously sand it instead?

Ended up using a dremel with a sanding wheel. Took all of 5 minutes. Love this grip and now it fits perfectly.

This is just my OCD side talking but how about sanding/filing the rear section down a little to round it out instead of having that abrupt chop. Looks really good by the way, looks like a really comfortable grip.

Also I just noticed that scratch on the lower receiver, then thought "is this Nitemare?" and had to look to see who the OP was. Man that sucks, though at least it's not as bad as I had thought when you first described it.

I may very well do that Akira.

And hah, yeah it's not too bad. I was pretty upset at first, but now it doesn't bother me at all!

Very nice dremmeling! I have slipped many times with a dremmel and messed up my work.
