Hey, Airsoft GI just released the Hk45 yesterday. Ordered mine a couple minutes ago. I'm very, very excited. I'be been waiting for so long for KWA to make one and now it's mine.

Ive been waiting for a while as well. I was actually surprised to see them come so quickly after the LM4s and TT33's. Well, now all we need is a new forum topic area for them! I hope to pick one up after I pick up a LM4.

I was suprised at the release timing too. I don't know if I'm angry at the LM4 for taking my money, or at the Hk45 for coming out to soon and not giving me enough time to build up money. Either way, I'm broke now, but I have two guns that I have been waiting for for a very long time.

I thought the whole HK45 release was kind of weird.  They announced it back last year, then they kind if dropped talking about it, even though they continued to talk about the other guns that were under development.  Then all the listings that say what new guns are coming out, on their site, never listed the HK45.  Now it gets released and I still don't see any advertising from KWA indicating its release.  The only way I knew it was out is because I told Zephyr Paintball to email me when they get them in stock.  I wonder why they have been so silent about this gun?

Welcome to the forum Tank. I don't think it's on purpose that theyve been quiet, they're just been focusing on many other things like the LM4s and other future products.

I think you guys are confusing marketing and Internet discussions, with the realities of manufacturing, production and then customs and distribution. There are always delays and shifts in manufacturing and procurement. Add to that the issues involved with getting very large orders (of guns, no less) through US Customs, and you have a recipe for the unknown. Also don't forget that KWA isn't a retailer. So, there are even further capitulations in getting things top market when you involve the end retailers and their import/distributors.

Part of the manufacturer's agreement is to have the HK45 be labeled as a Umarex Product. That probably explains why it's called the HK45 By KWA (not KWA HK45) and MAYBE why KWA did promote it as much as their actual line up.

Having many other products to worry about is the most likely reason though.
