I have a KSC P226 all plastic. I bought this KSC P226 Metal slide and installed it. The issue after installing the metal slide is that the hammer won't consistently stay in single-action mode (horizontal) after it shoots. Sometimes it bounces back to double-action mode (vertical), and sometimes the bounce hit the firing pin thus giving a 2-3 round burst fire.
Since this issue doesn't exist with the plastic slide, do you know if upgrading to a metal slide requires other internal upgrades like the hammer spring or recoil spring? What do you think is the problem? Is the metal slide too heavy?

I devised a dryfire test by holding the trigger back at all time and simulating slide-blowback.
With the plastic slide, the hammer stays in single-action mode after the slide returns.
With the metal slide, the hammer just won't stay in single-action mode after the slide returns. It keep popping back to double-action mode.

Any suggestion?

Thanks a lot
