The ports in the 22C, I like these and may do something similar:
I didnt notice the Glock was so dirty or I would have cleaned it before the shoot, but the KWA is pretty darn close:

Can you tell me a little about the hurricane kit? Simple installation? Any mods necessary? Fps increase?
Thanks for the enjoyable posts,

Use a proper valve wrench!
Most of the leaking mags I see are from valves that are just loose, or someone mangle it with a screw driver. If you have a gas gun and use it a bit then invest in one. You cannot keep the mags properly lubed without showing the valves a little attention once in a while, and then they leak. I like this little guy in the pictures, it does most valves:
Pick the appropriate size and use it carefully, making sure it is seated in the little grooves on the valve. I smear a tiny ammount of silicone oil that comes with the guns on the valves o-rings, then snug it in with the wrench. Do not over tighten here, just snug it up. You dont want to crush the o-rings or they will tear and leak. Too little is better than too much here, just tighten it and test it with some gas, if it leaks a little let all the gas out, back the valve out a 1/4 turn and re-tighten, then test again.

Pull the slide and tap out the pin in the grip shown here:
Gently lift out the Hammer assembly, be carefull of the small reset spring on the other side. You can pull the trigger at this point to give you a bit more room sliding it all out:
This pin will slide right out, no need to tap it. Do this with the hammer de-cocked so there is less spring tension.
Slide the assembly right off the hammer and spring.
At this point just swap out springs for the new Hurricane Spring. When sliding them back together I left the hammer spring at a lower position untill I got the pivot pin back in. This made it allot easier because I am not fghting spring pressure while trying to allign all the internal parts. This is the hardest part and you need to take some time here, dont force things.
The Black arrow shows where I left the spring to get everything back together, the white arrow shows where it needs to go. You can slide the parts around to get it up in there with the pivot pin in place, again just take your time.
The white arrow shows the new spring in its proper place from the other side:
Now just slide the assembly back into the frame, pull the trigger a bit to help it move into place, this should go in very easy, if it is tight check to see if the pivot pin is fully seated:
Insert the body pin:
And gently tap it home:

What performance effects have you seen? Large velocity increase?
Even though this would consume more gas I would be fine with it as long as you get one full mag worth.

The first real test I have done since changing the mag valve, spring guide and guide spring, and the hammer spring, is checking how many cycles I am getting per mag of gas. Before the mods I was getting a little over 50 shots per gas fill dry firing, after the mods I am consistently getting 32 to 38 shots per gas fill dry firing.
I am sure the recoil has increased but that is harder for me to measure, seeing the maximum number of shots per fill drop consitently is showing me that it is indeed using more gas per shot.
