Atp Mag Problems?

I believe my ATP has some mag problems because I think the mag it came with is not taking in gas correctly and I have also attached a video I made showing the problem. Please help.

Could it be the O-ring is bad or missing. Watch this

Yeah thanks for the video but my ATP came like that so my gun is still under warranty so should I go to the help desk or something or is there anything else I could do?

You can send the gun in however, I would buy some o-rings from the Pro-Shop for what that will cost you in time and money.  O-rings get lost a lot so having a few extra on hand is a good thing anyway.
