It is a crying shame that we can't even get green gas out here on Maui. Every one uses propane.

I don't know about added recoil screwing up the gun, but I try to oil my o-rings with extreme prejudice.

Never gives me any issues.

I will be the first to try yellow gas. No need to warn me I am fully aware of the gas and GBB Airsoft guns.

I cannot believe I missed this thread last month... You are NOT the first to try Propylene/Propene/Propene... I would know, thanks to a brilliant buddy of mine...

I didn't mean I was the first in Airsoft to use it. I meant I hope to buy this rifle right away and be one of the first to use it on the US version.

I highly advise you do not use this gas in your Airsoft gun...

Why? What do you think will happen? It is not much more pressure than propane. I work in the propane industry. we are talking less than a 10 psi difference.

I am sure many will run their guns on propane.  Some will have problems and some may not.  The LM4 runs on a sophisticated system designed around green gas and if you decide to run any other gas than what has been recommended, you run it at your own risk. But during R&D don't you think KWA would have tested their new design with numerous different gases?  And from those tests they concluded that their GBB pistols and GBBR rifles yields the best results with green gas so naturally they will recommend it.
