my buddy just got a g36c brand new and we shot it maybe 3 halfway through the mag the gun made a wining sound and the gear box sounds like rocks and the bolt goes back maybe half way when the trigger is pulled any suggestions

I would suggest that you start a warranty repair ticket on the helpdesk.  If the gun sounds like there are rocks in the GB, I would have to assume an internal issue.

And thread moved to appropriate section.

Like Niko has recommended. Create a ticket on the helpdesk for warranty repair. KWA will take care of it.

it was the screw at the bottom of the grip that adjust the motor it fell out some how we put a new one in and shes good
