nope. it does not have 2009 internal.  At least not all of them.  You'll have the latest piston and gears set. v1.75 gearbox shell.
And if you're lucky, the 2g bucking.
Also, when are you planning on showing us the new gearbox?

Radix, will the entire front barrel + rail assembly for the SR12 be available as an upgrade to the current KM16BR? And will it be available relatively soon after the release of the SR series? I know it was already mentioned that it was a direct fit, what I would need is the gas tube block, outer barrel and the rail as I'm really liking the look the SR12 brings to the KM16BR.

Availability of parts won't be immediate but perhaps 2 to 3 months after the initial release.  It takes sometime for a new production line to spool up to full capacity. :)

I just can't wait for that sexy KWA KM16 SR12 comes out,   and I am very intersting in how much abuse the new gearbox can take, the "brick" seems to be a very delicous idea to me! I live in Washington, the west side, and it gets cold, not cold enough to freeze everything sold, but enough that airsofting can be dangerous for our guns (my gearbox cracked..). And how strong a spring I can fit in there without worry (that dude that put a M170 spring in there with stock parts..dang) For now, I am playing the waiting game...

Guys, what differences are from KWA - Taiwan and KWA USA aside from their logo?

Performance specs may vary between countries and most importantly the US warranty.

As promised, here's the 2GX mechbox (pre-production).  We've spend quite a bit of time and resources on this project.  Changes were made to the metallurgy (material, strength, hardness, etc ..) and structure design of the mechbox.  It should be less prone to low temperature failures. :)

Are both lines manufactured in Taiwan or is the US line manufactured in the US?

Like what Allizard said, both lines are manufactured in Taiwan.  However, each territory (HK, Taiwan, US, Europe, etc ...) orders their inventory according to the local laws or market requirements. :)
