I have a kwa m23 and I am missing the barrel and hop assembly. On evike they have the complete m19 upper assembly and I have read that the m19 and m23s parts are compatible. Does this mean that the m19 slide will work on my m23? Thanks

No, M23F and the M19 are not compatible, M23F is full auto/semi auto and the M19 is semi auto only. The M23F has a special ported barrel and will not fit the M19, the hop assembly is compatible.

Thanks for all of the replies. I understand that the m23 and m19 barrels are different but it is the whole upper assembly. Would the m19 slide fit on a m23 frame. If anyone has any ideas or knows where I could get a hop assembly it would be greatly appreciated. Any help is good and I would like to have this thing fixed. Thanks

You need parts # 7 inner barrel base, #12 base spring, #13 base pin, #96 hop up hood, #14,16 hop up bucking and ball, #114 barrel lock, #171 inner barrel and #9 barrel o-ring. Contact KWA customer service for the parts if available. Or you could buy a used KWA M23F on an airsoft forum or airsoft classifieds and salvage the parts. Last resort, buy parts from an overseas airsoft shop.

Could you post a link to a site where I can get the things that cannot be bought in the states. Like the store where I could get it overseas because I want to sell it and I may get it working before I do if I can't find a buyer that will buy it not functioning

Try eHobbyAsia and maybe Redwolf Airsoft if you're lucky. Just google the names.
