Sometimes excess grease is used to coat the gears for many manufacturers to minimize corrosion from prolonged storage during shipping.  Some low grade brands are just bone dry.  I have found this in some JG guns I had when I was starting out in airsoft.  They just had one clump of hardened yellow goo that wasn't even on the gears.  The gears were corroded/rusted and it sounded horrible.  Had to polish them down before it will shoot without sounding like a car coming to a screeching halt. LOL

I apoligize if I offended anybody, that was never my intention. With my M4 R.I.S I'm going to take advice from this form and see if I can take care of the problem with the advice I got from here, as with my G36c KWA should be getting it today.
Belive me when I tell you that I went for KWA because they manufacture realistic rifles perhaps its just my bad luck, some of the guns shipped  are going to end up with a problem.
Once again my apologies to all KWA people if I was disrespectful in anyway.

No worries, Customer Service is all about dealing with issues that frustrate the user, as we stay with you until your problems are sorted out. B)

As for having issues, I'm pretty notorious for breaking everything I touch. Tokyo Marui, Classic Army, G&G, KWA, Echo1, JG, CYMA, DBoy, WE. You name it, I've broken them all. So, I can understand some of the frustration that you have, not being able to pull your dream gun out of the box, as you have to get things sorted out and then still having to build the trust on the brand you purchased. Once all your issues are sorted out, the KWAs will make up for all the troubles you've had to deal with. :)
