Hey KWA/ allizard,
Remember that video you guys did with Airsoftology about the LM4 PTR/ LM4 SR7 GBBR series? What ever happened to the LM4 SR7? Did you guys scrap that? Instead, did you guys decide to roll with Magpul and make a tricked out Magpul gun? If you are still making the LM4 SR7, I will let you know that at least I'm still interested. Also, since it's name refers to the SR7 DEVGRU, does that mean we will expect a CQB type FPS? Thanks a lot.

I'm not Allizard or KWA :scared: , but I would bet that they will be producing more than just two models

It will come sometime after the LM4 officially launch.

Nice. Thanks allizard!! Will it have CQB type fps since the SR7 aeg is CQB friendly?

I doubt it. The KWA KMP9 and MP7 were believed by many to be the perfect CQB gun until they found out it was 380-400 fps, which was well above the CQB fps limits. Because of that, I bet the LM4 will fire at 400 fps, especially if a rifle like that is going to be used primarily by the majority, outdoors.

However, I can see KWA release low powered bolts for the KWA LM4, just like they did for the KMP9 and MP7, and if not. I'm sure other brands would try and make aftermarket velocity reducer valves.

Yeah I agree with all that. But I think the LM4 PTR and Magpul M4 GBBR guns will be 400 and the SR7 will shoot around 350. That's just a prediction. Otherwise it's a great idea to release a low powered bolt.

I meant SR7 as well, not just LM4. But yeah, seems like people would agree a low powered bolt would be a good idea. :D

If its going to be used for outdoors, I sure hope the mags will be bigger than 30 rounds

Yeah, since the time I posed this originally, I found out that the SR7 (if it is released) will be the same fps as the other LM4s. And that it will have the same capacity magazine and the same compatibility like all the rest- 41 rounds I assume.

40 round mag is probably better for the gun.  while the mag can hold 41. Download 1 will allow better operation.

Then again, I don't have the final numbers until it's official release in US.

Has the LM4 SR7 become the LM4C? I ask because this decides whether or not I purchase the LM4C.

Honestly not sure.  Last I heard the LMSR7 was still viable.

Let's wait for Allizard to make his return to the City of Industry. I'm sure he's got the answer. But he's down in Vegas being all cool right now... LOL

When it was announced last year, I recall the LM4 SR7 being advertised for the Law Enforcement, as the civilian version was the regular LM4.

The SR7 that was featured was made specifically for LE training and was not available to the public because they were pre-BATF approved versions and was considered "fire arm."  Now that KWA has been approved by BATF, they will no longer make the LE versions.
But I have no idea if they will ever have a SR7 style GBBR for the public.

At the moment I'm not sure SR7 will be available soon.  LM4c basically is a SR7 without the rail.  Good news is there are plenty of aftermarket rails available.

Don't forget about ambidextrous firing selector!! That was one awesome thing that made the SR7 unique!
