What are you talking about?

Folding stock is held on by a pin, there should be a small hex nut securing it. Just remove that hex nut and it will slide right out.

im talking about the barrel. Is it meant to like that? when you look at the crease in the gun tip, is it meant to be lined up with the hole at the bottom?

You need to be a little more descriptive; also, the picture you took seems to be angled so... I cannot tell if your flashhider is off the centered like you are suspecting....

The folding stock as Hitman said can be removed by taking the pin that attaches the stock to the main body. If you mean unfold the stock, press upward on the stock and then fold it outwards, you will meet no resistance.

As for the flashhider, you need to provide another picture. Most likely you only think it's off centered because the flashhider could be rotated a little more to meet the seam line.
