It's a one piece outer barrel that has a painted tip. We are not going to discuss the subject of removing the orange tip because it's actually illegal to do so in the U.S.

Wrong...Federal law in the United States requires that an orange tip to be present while being imported into the United States. However, when playing on a field, no orange tip is needed. The federal regulations do not require the owner to keep the muzzle painted after acquiring their airsoft gun.

True but federal law requires permanent orange tips for manufacturers, shipping or interstate transportation. So ask yourself what KWA does. So I can argue that as a manufacturer that also distributes their products all over the US they are not going to instruct you on ways to remove their orange tips.  You can do what you want once you own it but don't ask it here.

Yea, i agree on that I was just stating that the user has the right to remove the orange tip legally.

That would depend on your state, county or city regulations and they will differ depending on where you live. So removing the orange tip may not be a "right" at all.

You can shoot full auto rifles in your yard?

Where do you live? That would be pretty sweet.
