:drooling: hi from the subtitle for this forum says will there really be 3 akg variants,  :drooling: ohh the MVD's akgs-74u(n maybe?) the standard AKG-74 and the late comer the akg-74modernized these fancy letters mean

A=  Автомат=  automatic
K=  Калашникова=  Kalashnikov :gun:
G=  umm its not russian?= GAS POWERED
S=  Skladnoy=  Shortened/ foldable stock
U=  Ukorochenniy=  Shortened barrel and such
N= (the name of the night scopes) NSPU, NSPUM scopes
M=Модернизированный=  modernized

The mumerals= the year it was commissioned to the soviet military i.e. ak-47 was approved in 1947 and so on and so forth :thumbsup:

eh, your wrong. N is for Nacht. night optics. those were meant for special troops. S, it depends on the model. skladnym means side folder and skladnoi means under folder.

the first thing I would want to experiment on when the gassers come out is to make an AK pistol. that's gonna be fun trying to control.

I don't think he's the only one. I recently received my AK rig I ordered 3-4 weeks ago, yet I have no AK.  :icecream:

well now if only these were available we could compare them to my real AK74's.....  then could give you side by side shots like on the FN's...

im not a huge fan of AKs but...maybe I will get one :) I do have an AK chest rig that I use for my G36

I just hope we can do push up's with the guns. there was a punishment technique used in the soviet army as you do a push up using the mag for balance as it was in the mag well. if you mess up, you end up crashing knuckles first into the ground and have to start over.
