Hey i got my HK kwa g36c yesterday from airsoft gi and its soo cool. i was shooting at a target in my backyard. my backyard is very small and it had two sheds in there. i live in oc so backyards arent big. anyways, when i looked closer, some of the bbs were fine, others were cracked in half, some had marks where the bbs went in. Some even were cracked and had marks like indents on them. They are airsplat .2 bbs. i also have airsoft gi .25 bbs that i will use on the fields. is it fine that the airplat bbs are breaking or should i use the airsoft gi bbs?

Cheap BB's break guns. I can't comment directly on Air Splat except to say that what you are describing is a poorly manufactured BB.  Also, Air Splat doesn't make BB's.  They buy and re-brand generic BB's.  Buy good BBs like KCS .25 or .30.

Please don't use the airsplat bb's if you know they fragment. It's dangerous for the other players especially if your field allows mesh goggles or face masks. Bb's can fragment on impact and get into their eyes. I am iffy even for the AGI bb's  but if those are all you have I guess it's better than airsplat brand.
For the next game may I suggest some high quality bb's like KSC?
Show respect for the other players by shooting them with only high quality bb's.

Yes, there are other brands like Bioval BBB and G&G.  But you will see KSC (made by KWA) most often recommended here for several reasons.  Not the least of which is that your gun is literally designed to use, and tested with, KSC BB's.  At this point I only use KSC .2's for chronoing and KSC .3's to play.  It gives me one less thing to worry about when I use my gun.  :gun:

My KSC/KWA brand bbs fragment when they impact a hard surface. I don't really see it as a downside

All bb's fragment when they impact a hard surface like steel plates. :P However, I've seen bb's like Tsunami shatter when I shoot at a soft surface.

P.S. i let my dad shoot me in the back with the airsoft gi .25 and it left a welt. light sting but not too bad. i little bit of died blood but it was also from like 5 feet away. anyways it was worth it

Fragmentation increases the chance of a 'hit' being called out :)

Yeah if you try and tap the trigger too fast with a low voltage battery, the motor will stop cycling before it can pull back the piston. Hold onto the trigger until you hear a full cycle.

STuRTzz,
I shoot KWA BBs exclusively and worst case, they will chip a bit when hitting concrete.   I haven't seen one break in half upon impact.  This gives me assurance because I know that they will not be destroyed inside the gun upon firing it.

Please remember not to reuse any BBs that you have already fired, they may have debris or be deformed and prevent proper operation of your airsoft gun.

Yea I think the battery was dying. I went airsofting once at tac city and we rented guns since I was sure if I would like it. Anyways it was semi almost all the games so I wanted to make sure that it wouldn't stop working in the middle. And I ment to put dried blood. Should I post the pic?

Feel free to post pictures of your g36c, in the picture threads!

Yep, taking the rails off of the front handguard is not uncommon. I do prefer no rails myself.
