I just got a KWA 1911 from a trade (mark 4 I believe).  It was shooting fine for 40 or so rounds.  And the previous owner only shot two mags through it before I.  Now, the slides starting to get stuk back when it cycles.  And its not the slide catch thats keeping it back.  It is the hammer.  To fix this I have to stick my finger ontop of the hammer and push it down. The slide then moves foward.

The slide was doing this once every three or so rounds.  But now its every shot.  My thumb is now bleeding from doing this repeatedly.

Are there any fixes for this?

Spring guide issue.  I have to see it confirm it.  Can you take a picture of the spring guide.  Basically the spring guide is missing a washer/buffer padding.  Buffer padding is too soft.  Increasing the thickness of the padding will stop the slide to over travel thus the hammer lock underneath it.

I saw what looked like a rubber buffer and it looked like it didn't belong where it was.  Going to edit in a picture.

Looks like you are missing a metal washer in front of the pad.
