I first want to say that I absolutely love my M19, and I'm glad to see that KWA owners can now get the help that they need straight from the manufacturer.

I have a slight problem with my M19. I'll fire the gun, then a ton of gas escapes, and when I remove the magazine and lock the slide in the open position, I see the nozzle sticking out about an inch. I noticed upon disassembly that one of the springs for the nozzle was slightly tweaked.

I've already ordered the new springs from you (thank GOD the pro shop is finally open, parts were hard to find), and a new charging valve (the one I have is leaking). I'm wondering if installing the new springs will fix my problem, or is there another possibility?

Check plunger (part# 24) for damage and oil release valve (part# 216).
