I recently noticed that the KWA G36 now says 2gx on the description. Does the g36 really have a 2gx gearbox. I am curious because I recently saw a thread where allizard said that the g36 does not need a 2gx gearbox because its type 3 is already as strong.

Yes it's a 2gx now. Version 3 are much more reliable in their design, however we wanted to introduce the 2GX to that series to further reinforce the gearbox for those that play in the colder environments. They were much more durable, but now they are even better.  :punk:
