Hi,

My MP9 is only a week old and the nib below the nozzle has broken off.  I believe I saw this on a YouTube video from Oddy's Airsoft, as well.

How can I get a replacement nozzle?  I would rather tech my MP9 than wait for the turnaround at KWA.

Thanks!

Buy it from the Pro shop, then a few day later walk to your mailbox and get the package from KWA :P

Yes, I thought of that, but they are out of stock in the Pro Shop.  Also, since it is still under warranty, I would think they would send e one for free.

If your item is under warranty, you need to send the gun and/or magazine in for the warranty repair. Do you have a pic of the issue you're talking about?

Yeah, thought you were talking about the mag charging valve instead of the cylinder. Hit up our Help Desk and submit a warranty repair request. Send it on and we'll take care of it for you.

Which of your part numbers is this?  I would rather just order it and get it done than go through the trouble of returning it to you and waiting for a few weeks.
