Alright, so I havent even taken it apart yet to see what is going on...but basically my G36 was just spewing out BBs...and I thought it may have had a jam/barrel needed cleaning. Well I did that and it is still doing it...so I just wanted to get this posted to see if anyone knew what the problem might be ahead of time. The tappet plate seems to be moving when I look into the BB chamber. Any thoughts guys?

Check the bucking...you've cleaned the barrel...tappet is ok...look at the piston to see if it is stripped.  If all of the previous are ok then look at the o-ring and cylinder head.  My guess is stripped piston or cracked cylinder head with my money placed on the latter.  Let us know what you find. :gun:

You was right GCW...cylinder head with sheared nozzle...what route should I take now? Order manufacturer parts or get some other aftermarket brand?

Gears look great for the amount of BBs it has had through it :)

I think all I need is this to fix it? As long as the piston looks good?

Would kind of like a new set of receiver screws...but seems they are OOS

Also need part 73...I noticed it is no longer there...must have came off...I believe the threads stripped out and it must have fell off (screw by magazine well)

I'm glad it's not anything more than the cylinder head.  I would go with OEM not aftermarket.  150K rounds is a very good run.  Also, call directly to see if the parts are really out.  Sometimes the Pro Shop site needs updating and hasn't caught up to supply.:gun:

I whole heartedly agree with gcw360. Go with the OEM cylinder head. Other brands will not work well with the KWA air seal nozzle and you will get a pretty significant fps drop as a result

Had my cylinder head break the exact same way just the other week.  I didn't get any where near the same amount of rounds through it though. Did change to diff cylinder head (Sorry KWA). Didn't notice any FPS drop.

I finished it. It is back up and running good :) It is 1 AM and night but seems everything is in order. I will see how it is working to the full extent in the morning. :)
