Hello, I would like to ask a very important question, but first I want to say this gun HAS performed great. The first problem was the External Cylinders tip breaking off (Seems to be a design flaw since everyone is having it)and a few games later it breaks again but this time it blows in half shown by the high definition pictures below also cracking the outer frame in the back. Now the question is since we don't want to keep forking money to fix the gun, if you sell or know anyone who sells aluminum or metal parts that are not too pricey to hopefully nail this problem. The second question is we don't see a new frame for the gun in the pro shop. So if there is no way of fixing these problems, it will make a great paperweight for my desk. :aso:  Thanks -Dan

Well over a year ago, so I bet the warranty is expired by now.

Hit up our Help Desk at the link above and submit a repair ticket or any other concern you may have.  We may also have a few frames available if you need one. Submit the ticket with what you need and we'll look into it for you and get you an RMA number if you want to send it in.
