Yes.  But that's the ASIA version with the Marine Trade. And there is no warranty here in US.

Since they are destined for Asia market, they were not checked and tested by US QC inspection.

Because of that, it is unwarrantable... Otherwise, everyone should be in specification

so basically, this is a fully functional, operating kwa. it is guaranteed to work, but if it breaks, im s.o.l.

It's not guaranteed to work and you are not screwed if it breaks. You can always pay to have KWA fix it, find a local airsoft technician, or fix it yourself.

You got to remember though, shipping is going to be a minimum of like 50 bucks.  (Most likely around 80)

well to have it shipped to anchorage, ak is around 60 or so. still cheaper to buy that gun and have it shipped here than any other website. now to have kwa ship a gb here, its only like 8 bucks, plus no sales tax... so im sure ima gonna go w/the gb...

Heh, funny.

I lived in Anchorage, Alaska 4 months ago until my father had to move to Las Vegas, Nevada.

I miss that place a lot.

Especially Bartlett High School.

Please excuse Allizard's remark, it's his poor attempt at being humorous. ;)  To answer your question, "NO", KWA USA will not warrant products not imported or distributed by us.
