Hi, when i shoot with my km4 ris, something in the pistol grip "punches" against the inside of the grip. The grip "rattles" because of that, and that really bothers me. even though the km4 shoots perfect, and has no other problems.

How can i stop that?

Sorry for the bad english

SEMI only I take it?

Have you removed the motor and looked it over? Changed motor height?

The motor seems to be ok, do you think that changing the motor height will stop that?

It noticed that in my new SR12 as well. The space for the motor may be a bit bigger than it needs to be in the pistol grip. It's not an issue anymore since I changed out my grip but had me thinking that KWA grips are not coming out to spec. I don't remember my SR10 or SR5 doing that.

If it bothers you so much you can wrap electrical tape around the motor a bit. But not so much that it can't move freely up and down your pistol grip. That should lessen the rattle.

When i tape the motor, it still rattles in the grip. Is the Grip oversized so the motor has too much space? Is there anyone else having this problem?

Have you ever owned another AEG?

It might be normal what you are feeling.

I had one, yes, and there was no rattle in the grip.. until i screwed some wires up and had to repair it from an airsoft shop.. After i got the Airsoft gun back, the motor rattled in the grip. I sold the gun a few months ago.

And another thing i found out is that when i shoot the kwa m4 pretty fast on semi automatic, i can sometime half-pull the trigger (if you know what i mean). Is that normal with a 9,6V battery?

Do i expect too much from this airsoft gun?

Not sure what you mean by "half-pull" the trigger?

I know this is a reply 2 yrs later, but, I just bought a KM4 Commando, And I am experiencing the same thing.  I have only had a G&G Raider and an aries tavor tar 21, the raider never had motor rattle, but the aries did.  Did you find out if the kwa motor rattle is normal?

A little bit of motor movement is normal.  Any chance you can post a video?

Hey, yes it's completely normal. I tried VFC and G&P M4s too, and it's the same with them. I guess it's just because of quality differences in the factory, some grips are a few mm tighter, some are not. My only suggestion would be to try out other grips, maybe one of them is tighter than others and allows no movement of the motor.
