Help, less than 30 shots my guns falling Apart!?!?

If you do replace the part, make sure it moves smoothly and snaps back after extension.

It was a 43 degree day but it was only outside for a few seconds so It was still room temperature.
I sent it back b/c they said they better check to make sure nothing else caused it to break. So i did. I called and asked if seeing as it was under warranty they'd send a complementary .50 piece to me. Well I'm used to playing paintball I guess and used to Tippmann's Service. They'd have just sent a free part out. Not KWA. I was told the part was 18.50 (17.00 of that being profit I'm sure). I didn't know of the 12.50 one. Turns out 18.50 is the assembly I payed 10.95 just to ship back as I am in MI.
Anyway hopefully they don't cope out of it(some companies do) saying the warranty was void, or that I loaded the mag with the bolt forward.
So we will see.

However I had to pay to have it shipped there. The cheapest shipping was Flat Rate. And i was stupid, and didnt purchase it online, so I payed more plus I didnt get a tracking number.
Ive never dealt with KWA before, heard theyre great but still when you get burned once you stay away from the fire. Ive had a lot of "warranty items" not get covered for the silliest reasons or bogus accusations.
I wouldve liked to change the part out myself as that way I could go out and play this weekend. There's a big retreat going on, and I wouldve liked to join in. Plus Im a little concerned it getting there and somehow not being underwarranty and then I get charged for shipping labor and parts.
B/c of where I live I have to wait 7 to 8 days for shipping both ways. Also, does anyone know what kind of shipping KWA ships it back, UPS?

Everything has a reason for it being the way kwa made it such as the cylinders. It may all depend on where you live oyu might be in a bad area for GBB's. Do to your cities temperature it could be causing the problem. If I were you I would keep the gun in a warm place until you are going to use it. That includes the magazines, I also reccomend that you get hand warmers for your magazines to keep them as warm as possible. Once you get your new cylinders try keeping it warm and see how it treats you.

I havent even shot it when it has had a chance to "cool down"
Both days one was 43 degrees, and today was 55 however, Today, I was INSIDE! In 71 degree house! They had even sat INSIDE for some time before using!
I am sure KWA makes a great product and I am taking a bit of my anger out on them. But these guns were not cheap. I just want something that isnt gonna break. Im almost afraid to shoot my pistol any more that it might break too!

A great product is nothing without a great service team. Give the service center a try and we'll take care of you.

Both guns are now fixed, first one took 3 weeks, and the second one was just shipped on Friday, so about 5 weeks i believe, it took awhile but the Customer service rep paid for shipping there. So not too bad. I lived. Pretty good customer service overall and so true about the good customer service is everything, yet nothing without quality control.
