If you are looking for a one that's ris mount then all of them should work.  Barrel mount, I used one from King Arms that's a VLTOR copy.

Most should work, but to take your old front sight off you need to remove your flash hider, which can be a pain :(

meh... nothing painful to remove the flash hider.  It's just screws on.

I had to buy a allen key to take it off. Its imperial, the smallest one I had was metric and was about 1/16 too big, I felt like yelling at my gun.

Ha, I conviently had the allen wrench I needed to take it off, because I have a laser pointer that you can zero in, and it came with the wrench.

BTW, the KM-4 Tactical has a flip up front sight, and it is available in the Pro Shop.

Also on www.airsoftpost.com they have a King Arms flip up front sight for TM M14/M16's, I'd imagine most externally compatible TM parts would work on KWA's M16 series guns. I have not tried it yet, so maybe some one else could verify?

The KA flip up sight does work on the KWA.

Also, you do need an extremely small allen wrench, I have one that came with my NC Star laser pointer for adjusting it, and I use that.

I like the ARMS folding A sights, but my wallet doesnt, its hard to find a decent inexpensive replica.

I really like the SR-15 front sight, but I don't plan to put an RIS- based sight on my gun, so I'll just keep my stock sight.
