A few weeks before my major upgrade (1st post), my trigger block broke off the gearbox.. I found a similar thread here at the forum and followed most of the steps given in one of the threads.

step 1: make a hole
step 2: cut a 1inch iron nail (must be the same height as the original trigger block so it wont hit the gear)
step 3: "drill" a hole where the previous trigger block was (I used a metal file to make a hole because I dont have   a drill)

step 4: super glue the nail to the gearbox..

Nice!  My SP130 settled to 445-450fps from 475-485.Mostly stock except for the Barrel and piston head bearing. I like keeping the stock cylinder heads.

Hey hammer, I just put a Systema type 0 cylinder, Systema m130 spring, and a 407mm JBU tb in my M4S and I hit 495-500 about 20 times on the same chrono you used. It might have hit harder with a 363 barrel but not sure. If you are going for 500+ try changing the cylinder to type 0.

With a type 0 cylinder im sure im going to hit more than 500fps, my target is 500fps with a type 1 cylinder :)
