pro-arms gold plated motor connectors are to small to connect to the motor.

New to forums but not new to KWA AEG's.

I was wondering which version of the Madbull RAS Fix is best suited for use with the SR7 and SR12?

I was also wondering which aftermarket motors run good in a stock SR7?

I have changed the cylinder to a Type .5 while stili utilizing the stock 293mm barrel and she's running 374.9 FPS (.20) @ 14.13 RPS  with a 7.4 15C and 376.4 FPS (.20) @ 22.18 RPS with a 11.1 15C.

I like running my guns on 7.4 Lipos so I was wondering if there's an aftermarket motor that shines without having to change my gears. Ultimately I'd like to be running 16-17 RPS on 7.4 15C.

Thanks

What magazine coupler will work with the KWA polymer mid-cap magazines?
Will a Magpul PTS Maglink work?

Raptors TBB 6.02 works fine in my Mod2 using the stock KWA bucking & nub.
A cheap & well made steel barrel around $28 shipped. A Perfect upgrade for this low cost gun.
Tighter grouping, more hop, slight increase in distance.

I found these lancer tactical dual magazine clamps work great!  Even with the plastic KWA mid-caps.

On another note, I found that the lonex bucking + madbull 6.03 inner barrel will not fit into the hopup housing.  Maybe the rubber on the lonex is too thick?  I have no problem with madbull inner barrel with the stock 2gx bucking, and that's on two madbull inner barrels that I have.

I noticed the hop up was cracked on the MOD2 I replaced it with the hop up from my M4 RIS until i receive the new one.
Before installing it on the raptors barrel for the MOD2:

I tried several times and I didn't want to put too much pressure on it and break the hop up unit.  I'll try again with a different lonex bucking to see if that was just a fluke.

You have to work it As it doesn't slide in like the KWA bucking. I find the KWA is a better choice for me.
Yea, i ordered the hop-up unit today, $31 shipped. Don't break it!

You could try a bit of "spit" on the bucking to help it slide in.  I'm not a fan of silicone oil on buckings.

On another Magazine related question, anyone use G&G standard 30rd magazines?

answered my own questions by buying them.  Yup they work and they feed every last bb.  However, the tolerances are a bit tight so when you insert the magazine, you have to make sure you hear and feel a definite click.  Otherwise, the magazine may not actually be full seated and the bbs won't feed properly.

these are the magazines I'm talking about.

unfortunately, they seem to be discontinued.

Members have posted mixed results for Madbull TBBs in KWA AEGs.  The last one I personally saw, dropped the compression below any useful level in an SR12.  Others may have different success.
I've had good results with the madbull 6.03mm tbb.  I have a 300mm in the cqr and I can effectively engage people around 150-175ft, shooting 0.25gm kwa bbs at 280-290fps.  I liked it so I put a 407mm in my km4 ris and I can effectively engage people 190-200ft, shooting 0.25gm bbs at 360fps.  I just got new 2g buckings and improved nubs for both guns so we'll see if i'll see any improvement in range.

The Madbull Daniel Defense low profile mock gas block fits perfectly in the SR10 rail.

My first two weeks with my sr10, bought because of looks, solid feel, and seeing them used (very effectively) by a group of people at the feild I play. They all have put guarder 110s, shs piston and head in them. My son and I use a G&G  CM16 and a CA full metal sportline  bought a year ago that both shoot well with .30s.  This year time to step up to better guns. He got a Top Tech, I got the sr10. Cleaned both barrels.  He returned to the store the next day with his TT that stopped working christmas day. They installed a new motor been working great with .30s since. Played at feild 2x since the 25th of dec.  Last weekend broke out the sr10 before the match, the 2nd one. Took the first one back due to hop up not working at all and bolt catch hitting hop up gear when closing. New one still can catch the last gear in hop up if not closing carefully. Put on my scope and riser off my CA that wiggled on the sr10 and went to the range area and found .30s with hop fully on only would  fly straight  on auto, dropping on semi. Mag issue tried every
mag we had G&G, CA, HK, a few others. None working well. TT next to me  working fine, same ammo. Not wanting to borrow a speed loader and play with one midcap grabed my CA and had a good day, disappointed a bit.  This week back to the store for a box of kwa midcaps, a TM XL speed loader,  chest rig to hold 6 mag and a bag of .25s that it will hop. Removed scope and riser (that fits tight on the floating rail) added a couple pieces of flat plastic on top of the reciver rail and bolted the scope on, now tight. RECIVER RAIL DIFFERENT SIZE. Still love the gun and can do my own  tech work . Heading out in a bit to georgetown above Atlanta, wish me luck ha. Not a basher but seems like all our other guns are a size 10, and this gun is a size 11.  Looks like a beast, so far still glad I bought it.

Just back from georgetown. Started with the .25s hop up not holding adjustment after 10 shots in a game ? Screw was tight as you could get it, guy at store tried to  tightened it more, felow player tried it also (he owns a sr10), and myself. Really gun starting to become a pain in the azz. The hell with it started to loosen and tighten the screw (almost thought it might break), finaly started to tighten the hop up adjuster. After a couple mags over the lake the gun finally started to settle down and was able to adjust hop up and stayed there for the rest of the day. Range was very  good with the .25s, just under 200ft with just a tad bit of overhop. Out of the box ready, not hardly. Little more quality control needed. Did enjoy it for the rest of the day. Good trigger response, sounds good(shimming must be ok) and rate of fire with 9.6 is very nice.

For my KWA KM4 RIS:

For my running project, these items are what I tried using or had installed at one point or another, both successes and failures. Yes, some of them are moot-point items but I thought I'd throw everything I've ever tried using on, or putting into, my KWA KM4 RIS! Hope this helps!

Edit: Now with Links!

Parts that fit and worked for me : Parts that didn't fit or work for me : Please note that the parts that I listed that didn't fit or work were with my gun. It may be different with yours!
