Hey everyone!

I have used the Echo 1 crane stock with my KM-4a1. I switched out of it because I had too much pinching. The pinching killed my battery.

I plan on switching back to a crane stock later on, but before I do, what should I do to minimize the pinching between the metal body and the stock tube?

I heard the best way I could do this is if I rewire and cut a hole in my metal body, like the picture below. Is this a good method?

If anyone has a picture of a crane stock's wiring around the stock tube, I would appreciate seeing it.

Thanks for your help everyone! :)
