I was interested in getting a 6.03 inner barrel for my M19. My question is would it be worth it to get it. The barrel is really short, would it increase the accuracy of my gun at all? Is it better to just stay with the stock inner barrel, and be happy?

Accuracy is mostly dictated by the length of the barrel. Putting a TB in a handgun may give you a slightly better accuracy, but not much; what it will increase are the fps.

There are too many factors that come into play with a short barrel, so it will be difficult to say for certain that accuracy will improve with e TB.

On the other hand, a handgun should not be used in place of a carbine, anything under 30' should be hittable, even with a 1' spread (or you are a very bad shot  :)

Cheers
