It's been about 2 weeks since we've move the forum and helpdesk to the new server. However, occasionally we have gotten calls that the helpdesk isn't loading or get 500 Internal Server error.
The issue is mostly on your browser/PC that need to update internal host table. You have a couple options.
1. Delete all temp files and cookies use by your browser.
This usually solve your issue. If it doesn't work, you probably have some damaged plug-ins. Remove those and restart your browser.
To clear cache/temp files and cookies on your PC.
2. Try a different browser. FireFox, Opera, Chrome, Safari etc
3. Try a different computer.
