Make sure that the Bolt Catch is smooth, not sharp, or else it will actually cut into the bolt. Just round off the edges. Also make sure that the Hex Screws that secure the rails are tight.

As for tightening the screws that hold the rails on, its normal maintenance.

well when i was tightening the screws i saw a spring sticking out of the side of my cylinder, it was stretched out and it slid out from the side of the cylinder. Will warranty cover that or am i out of luck.

I think its part #87

hmm. I was thinking about getting the Tan one up until I saw pics of yours. It looks too "toyish" if you know what I mean?.... I know its a toy in itself, but it looks even more so being that color tan. I'll go with the black now...

AEX in Sacramento has it. Personally, I wasn't very impressed with the Tan colored ones. It did in fact seem "toyish". The Black/Ranger Gray ones are better IMO.

Generally takes 12-15 business days, if you would rather wait until after Christmas to send it you may. Hop on the Help Desk and get the ball rolling though...
