Although I am very pleased with KMP9 and have not actually had any issues with high FPS at my field I had entertained some ideas of using it at some CQB fields and therefor wanted to know if the RA-Tech NPAS system for the MP7 would function in the KMP9? In other words are the KMP9 and MP7 parts inside the external cylinder compatible?

It would depend on your power limits.  To current, the NPAS system has not been very effective for long term usein KWA series guns.  Because of troubles with the MP7 series, they were not very popular(or effective).  As an alternative, You may be able to find a KWA-Manufactured limited power jet nozzle for the US-Edition MP7.  It is a white nylon material and restricts power to about 360FPS.  This part was designed for the longer FV variations of the NS2 engine.

The jet nozzle is compatible, however your results may vary.
