I recently got a G&P steel recoil spring and spring guide and it came with two springs for the  Blowback housing. Now I didn't get the box for the gun when I got it (got in a trade) so I never got the allen key for the unfathomably small screw under the rear sight.

My question is, what is size of that screw? I was going to order the correct sized allen key from off the internet but I have no idea what size I need to look for.

That screw you're talking about is the selector set screw(part# 259). The selector set screw(part# 259) locks down the selector lever alignment pin(part # 258). Preventing the selector switch(part#255) from falling out. I believe the Hex key size is .89mm. You could purchase the hex key in the Pro Shop under tools. Hope that helps. Or you could buy a screwdriver set with different bits sold at a discount tool supply store.
