Just wondering, would an intellect 9.6v 1400mah nunchuck battery fit inside a PEQ2 box?  Without any modding or anything?

It should

If you are considering the KWA M4 RIS off of ASGI, just remember it is not under warranty by KWA.

It is NOT under warranty by KWA? (Can someone else confirm this)

So, in the event the item is defective I would have to deal with ASGI and not KWA?
So.. since the warranty isn't effective on the "KWA M4 RIS"; does that mean that ASGI "built" that M4RIS?  If so.. does anyone know what RIS they used?

It's an Echo 1 RIS.

From what I've heard, it's an E1 RIS system and an ICS PEQ box I believe.  Basically, ASGI takes a KWA M4 and just adds those parts.  While it is a great deal, KWA's warranty clearly states, (like all warranties) "Any modifications outside of KWA will VOID warranty."  Not those exact words, but you get the point.

I even emailed KWA about it and they said it isn't covered under warranty.

If you get a lemon, I wouldn't be surprised if ASGI told you to go to KWA and vice-versa.  I think you should just get a regular KWA M4 and add the parts later on.
