If you found the right size, 2 pieces or 3 pieces doesn't matter.

it might hard to say unless there is someone running that set up? Looks like the battery will fall out the front during a game which would be bad....but looks cool while getting shot...hehe good luck buy it and try it then post what happened.....

Guess what...  I happened to use a 3 piece lipo in the JP front kit for a long long time.  I even took the gun to Lion claws this year.  Works great.

Get these from ebay

Here is my gun with the battery inside

Here is me with the same gun during last Lion Claw.

Anymore questions?!

I don't think it will in a JP kit, maybe standard handguard, though.

It is not 3 piece.

I'm pretty sure that will NOT fit.  You MUST use those 3 pieces lipo to fit in the JP.

Isn't a 7.4v a 2 piece?

As long as the cells are wrap separately.  You need the barrel sit between the cells.

Are the cells in a 1 piece wrapped together? Because couldnt I just cut the wrap and rewrap it?

You build battery packs if you know what you are doing.  It's just not recommended for amateur or even seasoned veteran.   Even I don't bother to do that.
