R.L.W.S. (Real Life War Simulators) -> To simulate the excruciating pain and agony inflicted from war related injuries during war time. For example, getting shot by 5.56s and 7.62s and getting riddled by burning-hot artillery/grenade shrapnel. ;)

Isn't that dangerous? I mean, even for simulations?

I could understand if he was going for that long range shot, but full auto would be a little intense.

honestly i been shot by a 38 special at point blank range 3 time hence "triple B" so taking a 600fps shot really doesn't hurt when u think you will live. I play in sacramento CA where we have open fps so when u bring your 350fps gun its really no match nor fun to play when ur out gunned......plus its added caution to really perform as if u were in a heated battle or just go play call of duty if u like unlimited ammo and respawn  thats my 2 cents....... honestly im going to push this type of play in my area......open fps semi-or full auto but only 30 round magazines at most for realistic purposes and hand guns with 10 rounds so you can actually count the rounds and stuff like that....were playing with replicas why not go all the way and simulate the real thing?..do any ideas or comments on how to achieve 600fps .......

You're style of play does sound really fun and scary at the same time.  Only real problems I see is that someone could get hurt easily if there is someone not being responsible (I assume you wear a full face mask?)
and that it is VERY difficult to reach 600 fps reliably on semi auto, not to mention full auto. It also costs a TON to get all the parts needed.

At 600 fps on full auto your gearbox is going to crack

Your idea does take the sport to a new level of realism and I can see where you are going with the concept. Limiting the mag rounds, and even the number of clips that can be carried, all seem to fit, and keep the guns from becoming bullet hoses pointed in some general direction.

As I was surfing a few forums to see if there was even a chance to play with a M140 spring, I came across a few posts of guys getting zapped hard by hot guns (think one guy got a tooth chipped).

I would be all for an unlimited, realistic load out-type battle, but would also consider the proper safety gear to match the firepower: cover the entire body; mil-spec goggles, and full head coverage. In addition to personal safety, I think it important to not cause any harm to our sport through bad press. A lost eye or any other type of serious injury would have a way of ending up in the wrong hands, like a police report or local paper, and they would not mention that this was an extreme case, just "that dangerous airsoft stuff."

More power to ya; keep us posted on the effort.

For the 600 FPS, not certain if it's even possible to get there unless you go type 0 and an M170 spring, plus a motor that can pull it. ROF seems irrelevant, but trigger response would be important. This would also be a great litmus test for the KWA mechbox and gears, if you can afford the rebuild...... 8~)

I think the gears would crack, maybe try some Promethius triple torque gears?

And get the biggest spring you could fit.

This would be a REAL PAIN to fit the spring in the mechbox, but good luck, and I support this idea.  :)

I think it's pretty much impossible with a V2, unless you buy those one shells. (I forget what they are called. Billet something?)  An ICS might be able to for a little while because they are stronger than most V2s.

It's hard enough to achieve 600 FPS as it is.   Just keep several shells in handy. Even though the KWA one is reinforced, it won't be reinforced enough to handle a spring like that for very long.

FYI.... just to clarify KWA USA prosition.  We do not advocate players to shoot 600FPS not because of the gearbox will crack, or the gears will stripped.  It's simply NOT safe for most people and general public.   Not to mention we have a grey area talking about upgrades on the forum.

Generally, KWA forum staffs will not, and should not answer any upgrade questions in KWA forum.  Sometimes I'll make an exception when it's related to increasing range an accuracy that doesn't involve too much of opening gearbox.  ROF upgrade questions I simply just ignore.

So... that said.  I'm closing this thread.
