kwa stock spring guide

I would like to keep my kwa spring guide, but I want to replace the washers with bearings, but I can't seperate the spring guide to take the washers off. Does anyone know how to do this, can I even replace the washers with bearings or will I need to buy a whole new spring guide?

youll need a new spring guide  :lol:  Im using a Guarder Ver 3
