First off i would like to say that i got a KWA M19 in a trade and love it. The one thing i noticed which was the original users fault and not the company was the hop up. The bucking looked like it was scrunched up and when i tried to fix it, everything went down him from there. I was wondering if i could send in my inner barrel, the oring, the hood, and other parts in, and buy the parts that i need and have you guys reassemble it? Also the piece that catches the slide on the m19 is bent and whenever its bent out of place, the slide will not catch. Is there a piece i can replace? I didnt get the original parts list. Thanks KWA.

Yes, you can contact the customer service and discuss the matter with a representative.

There will be a service fee applied because the gun is outside of it's warranted period.
